This platform is made of SAP Cloud for Sales and SAP Cloud for Service, which are sold as separate items by SAP. SAP C4C operates on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP). It is open on a per user subscription basis. It is developed for SAP Cloud for Customer with a mobile-first strategy to match the demands of today's sales and service professionals who need information about customers anytime and in any location. SAP C4C Architecture


SAP C4C gives preplaced combination for SAP CRM, ECC, and Outlook. It includes Silver-light UI, HTML5 UI, and mobile Apps for Android, IOS platform and HANA for HANA Cloud integration HCI. SAP C4C has the multi-tenant architecture where solution and components are distributed between many clients.   • SAP HANA Cloud Integration HCI − This integration is supported when you have to deliver the cloud-to-cloud integration.

  • Resolve Issue: From simple to complicated cases, ease of use is critical for the agents
  • Response: Response versatility allows the agent to answer to the client using either the original communication channel or switch to a new way of communication.
  • Close: The ticket is made by the agent; individuals, managers, or teams can use analytics to review whether they are facing their own performance goals.
  • Incoming Communications: Via configured communication channels (e.g. e-mail, social media accounts, phone calls, and live chat)


SAP Cloud for Marketing 

  • Marketing Funds: Used to distribute and track both marketing budgets planned for and the actual marketing spending
  • Campaigns: Close all dimensions within the campaign management process e.g. assignment of forms, channel determination, and target groups, campaign execution and response tracking
  • Target Group: Used to describe subsets of customers or promises to be approached in a campaign to target the right customers or prospects for each campaign.
  • E-Mail Execution: Direct E-Mail campaigns send personalized HTML e-mail messages instantly from the SAP Cloud for Customer system to each account or contact of the assigned target group.
  • Lead Generation: Performed in order to record raw data that is received from campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
